This product is 100% worth the purchase despite the cost because I purchased 2. Before buying this I tried the stock mesh socks and it barely worked or stayed in place. Then I tried many DIY filter builds but eventually wear and tear caught up until I came across this media basket. I love it, it stays in place, easy to use and clean, very sturdy, plus it has many racks to place media and filter pads. I was ready to get rid of this tank but thanks to Kreative reefer this 45 Gal tank is being filtered effectively now as an AIO tank. No regrets!
The media basket was a perfect fit for my aquarium's AIO chambers and the shelves each are perfectly sized to hold my various filtration media. Great quality.
